I have used the Solwise Homeplugs all round my house, works great and never had any problems with the network.

I also use solwise and have not problems but they're not cheap. In fact, prob one of the expensive ones I've seen around.

I need another set for a friend so I would like to know if anyone has these On Network homeplugs referred to by Joe and if they're are any good?

I have used them without any problems. The instruction leaflet is rubbish though. It's as if it was written for a different model. However, I found that they were just plug 'n play. They worked first time without any button pushing to set them up.

I found that when I had both Tx & Rx on extension leads, they both showed a red light (rather than green). I thought this meant that there was no connection, but they still worked perfectly. Perhaps it just means that the s***d is reduced. As I say, the instruction leaflet doesn't mention this.

They are also available on Ebay:-

Do the instructions by any chance specify what, if any, specification they adhere to, like HomePlug AV, HomePlug AV2 ?

                    Thanks

The installation guide doesn't mention this. It can be downloaded from here:-

Their webside does say thay they are Homeplug AV1 compliant:-
