timer record f5 skybox

is there anyway possible to set up timer record on f5 skybox ./
if so how do u do it

yeh, menu ok>timer settings ok>ok timer mode once or daily > timer service to rec > wake up channel (channel you want to rec, put it the channel you want to rec before doing all this saves going through all channels > wake up date (date you want to rec)then set your channel time to rec & duration (NOT what time it goes off) and save then exit out, you can leave box turned on or on standby
