just the ironman background

hi got a f5 (its my mates) he says it just went off one day and he turned it back on and all there no menu of anything ?? so he gave it to me to flash it with the null cable but its still not bringing the menu up just the iron man background

any help guys

use a proper firmware the latest one will always do also is it a clone or genuine, their is always the dealer he got it from ask him to replace it?

I had this problem a while back where i could only see background on the menu and when on the channels there was no text just black screen .... I reflashed the box a few times and nothing. I had to send it back to get replaced as nothing else worked
