No signal and scrambled

Hi bought this box Friday firstly no 3pm ko which weren't advised and now today I'm getting no channels on apart from free view. It's saying scrambled and no signal been trying to contact seller but getting no reply can anyone help me to test the basic things.

Not sure what you mean about "no 3pm ko which weren't advised". Setanta Sports shows 3pm KO's. Were you getting this channel?

Did you buy the box with a "full gift", or just a test gift?

Hi it said 12 month gift when I emailed him he said they don't have it yet not that I'm bothered but no adult aswell box just come back on so could have a been a fault or update does this happen regular as just left starview where it kept going off

You may get the occasional "down-time" with any supplier. Nothing is 100% perfect. Hopefully, it won't happen too often though.

Hi Darren,
It could be that your supplier is doing maintenance on the server.
Sometimes this happens early hours so not to interrupt your viewing.
But on occasion they might need to do emergency servicing
It's always a risk but stick with those who have good feedback and you'll be happy.
