Skybox f5s

I have recently bought a F5s and it had a gift for 12 months but channels are a bit flickery. Can anyone advise how i can a decent up to date list to put on my box. Also my antenna is not showing up and connected to a foreign satellite and not the sky satellite . Thanks in advance for any assistance.

if your dish is pointing at the wrong sat then you need to get up ladder and adjust it to suit, a channel list like aj's in the red stickies above can be added qute easily abd if you look at his 2nd post the instructions on how to do it are there.. abit confused about the 1st part with your channels being flikery, yet futher on you say its pointing at the wrong sat..

Think i need someone to talk me through the settings , the dish is set up for sky hd . and multi room, so disconnected my hd box and plugged in skybox f5s . Also what is the loop for on the back of the box please ???

Forget the loop, it is just a continuation of you lnb in cable but is only useful when you F5s is not on.

If you load AJs or Sat5s list it will set you sat list to 28.2.
