Have a browse through the Enigma2 guides in the dreambox section as they are all relevant for your receiver

You can use wifi to ftp files you don't have to have a ethernet connection, I use dcc (dream control centre) and it is pretty simple but best way to learn is hands on when you get your box.

If you connect the S6000 to your router you can then connect wireless from your laptop to it.

VU Solo images work fine on this box. I run Blackhole with auto bouquets.

If you put an image on and connect to the net you can download and install most files directly to the the box.

The important ____________________ we cant talk about needs to be ftp to the box.

If yours doesn't have a fan get one of these:

USB Cooler Cooling Pad 2 Fans For Laptop Notebook PC UK Laptop cooler YL-818 | eBay

Remove the card reader and fasten it to the underside of the box with a bit of bluetack.

i believe mine has cooler and is updated to a latest software image. I don't have broadband so I have ordered a wifi dongle. I believe it also supports 3g dongles
