    Only Horizontal Channels working

Hi Guys....just purchased an F3s. Strangest thing is that only the horizontal channels will work. So I thought...faulty LNB. Okay so heres the weird thing, when I put my old f3 receiver back, all channels work perfectly which suggests the LNB is fine. This only happens on my f3s, which I tested at my mates house and works perfect when connected to his dish. Has anyone out there any idea as to why this is happening

any other receivers attached to your dish at the same time or it could be that the F3s is providing over voltage on your setup, Remember when you try it at your mates his house mains electric and dish setup will not be identical to yours so if it works on one does not necessarily mean it will work on another property

Sounds like the "no signal fix" or "diode fix" is needed. Usually occurs when another box is connected to the same LNB.

If you have an official $ly+ or any other type of box connected to the same LNB as the F3s at your house, then try turning it off or disconnecting it completely & see if the F3s receives the vertical channels.
