skybox m3 is stuck on red light no response from box,i have tried to upgrade software with 2 upgrade tools to try to reboot box but all I get is memory error at bottom of program,im using the 3 pin to serial cable that came with the box and connect to pc with serial to usb plugged into pc and between box and serial to usb im using another cable.any ideas what could be the problem why I cannot put new firmware onto box,any help appreciated.
