No image / black screen (mobile phone hot spot 3g)?? Can it work

Only the fta channels work. I have a wifi dongle in box. And set up a hot spot to connect but it's not getting any images just a black screen

Is It important to get name servers in the set up etc. It does seem to be connected with a wifi signal and ip address etc but only the fta channel works

Has anyone any ideas. I don't have broadband
