You can get a scart that goes from 1 to 2 but the longest ive seen is about 3meters,your b better off with a wirless AV sender m8................

If the second TV has composite input, you could use a phono (RCA) to phono lead. There are 10m ones on Ebay:-

10m TRIPLE 3 RCA PHONO Male Plug to Plug Audio COMPOSITE Video AV Cable TV Lead | eBay

If that's not long enough, there are 15m & 20m ones too.

If you want to use the RF (coax) lead on the second TV you will need a modulator to convert the composite output of the F5 to RF:-

Dragonsat RF Modulator UHF Channel 21-69 CCTV Convert to Aerial TV Phono VHF | eBay

If you decide on a video sender, I wouldn'd get a 2.4GHz one, as they are too prone to interference. 5.8GHz ones are best.
