change firmware on F5s getting mismatch Help!!!!

i need to change the firmware on a F5s when i try to add same firmware as another box i get the mismatch message can any help on how i can change firmware,

Why would you need to change the firmware. afaik there is only one firmware which should be on your box.

hi i have to change as on my c-line on that box im getting the message login on that box on C settings and other box line work all OK. add line again and still not working scrambled message on $ channels. might need to wipe the box and add new firmware.

Just reinstall the firmware from Yojiatech.com

Maybe I read it wrong, but if the Cline from another box works ok on that box, does that not point to the details in the First Cline being wrong or entered wrong?
