WIFI EE Brighthouse router

Hi im trying to conect my f3 to a ee brightbox but it just wont conect. I have put all the right password and settings in via wifi manager, it finds the router but just wont conect
Any help would be great

Try disabling the Wi-Fi password encryption on the router first to see if it can connect to an open network

If you're using WEB make sure you use the text version of the passcode and not the actual HEX chars.
