scrambled channels

all my fta are working but others are scrambled is there any steps i can take before contacting u know who ??

check your channel list is up todate
check your firmware is up todate ....menu/system info
check you are receiving internet service to the box....goto you tube see if you can play anything
check DCHP is set to on.....menu/network settings/Ethernet setup
check if your online....menu/**an/config/......check there is a tick against you know what

all above is correct you know whats next...so i don't need to add that

I HAVE NO TICKS ANYWHERE CUD IT BE THATS ITS GONE DOWN TEMP

if you have no tick you know what is not active..Ie all channels will be scrambled


check if your online....menu/**an/config/scroll down to you know what/press ok on the remote/green tick will appear/exit/reboot box

then go back & check its online......if so you should now get what your missing

ive got it back on no idea what i did but even tho its on i cant see any green ticks
