hi goto your network settings wireless setup & makesure the box is picking up the correct IP address if not turn the box off at the power...leave off....reboot router....turn the box back on then check the IP

are you still using the dongle or wired ??

    If dongle

if so you will need to put your new password in otherwise the box will not be allowed to join the network

I have primus and dont have any problems. I do use my own Netgear Router but that is just my preference to easily check connected devices.

Yes, Primus are cheap but I have found it better than when I was with BT. Overall cost for the year is ?134.40 including line rental. evening and weekend calls .

                Hi,
I've had the same problems but with the virgin superhub it just wasnt connecting no matter what I tried. I've now sorted it though,on here somebody else had similar problems and said to use channel 6 on the wireless channel on the superhub. I was on channel 11, don't know why.I then tried channel 6 but to know avail, I then tried it using auto channel and it worked.
Hope this helps anyone out there because it is a nightmare trying to get the wifi to work.
