Openbox x5?

Can any one point me in the right direction to find a up to date channel list for openbox x5! My mate has passed me his box to update , i myself use a skybox f5 and thought it would be the same aj list but i guess i cant use this? Any help much appreciated cheers

Still no luck searched and searched cant find a list for this junk of a box! Any one?
