Audiable commentary on Skybox f5

How's it going lads? Been searching in vain to find out how to turn off audiable commentary on the f5 I think my dad might have turned it on when he was over the other day found out how to it for other boxes but they don't seem to work on the f5. Any ideas?

I found that as a fix for some of the other boxes but there is no Nar when i press audio

Just try the other one, Dolby scroll down and press ok.

So it looks like go to 2 press ok then back to 1 press ok then back to 2 press ok

I think I may have done that last night messing about trying to sort it I think the problem is fixed! Cheers at least I know what I did to resolve it!
