openbox s10 not coming on

I have a openbox s10 that is not turning on at all.this is what I have tried so far,
1 changed power supply for one from working s11,swapped front panel from working s 11,reflashed with anonoumous software.
I can reflash the box with eprom upgrade tool,it is being detected by upgrade tool.
this one has got me stumped,any ideas on how to get box to come back on as it is not showing anything on front panel but upgrade tool is actually reflashing the box..thanks.

If its not doing anything after an erom flash and your sure the PSU is good its more than likely a motherboard issue. I just binned one(after salvaging the tuner and PSU) with the same problem.

tried a working power supply and working front panel still nothing,im thinking it could be a motherboard issue,even left it on over night but same result,im thinking also it may be a clone box and may have been hit by timebomb..

actually my wifes niece knows Gio,we live in the same welsh village, (and yes his tenor voice is annoying ).
