how to save channel list

Hi I wanted to upgrade to the latest firmware on my sky box f3, but I need help on saving my channel list and ................on to a USB then upgrading to latest firmware and then uploading the channel list ................. info back on to my box, does anyone know of a guide on how to do this?, I mean the way you would tell a 2 year old, I'm not very tech savvy u see , thanks.

settings, dump to usb, select the 1st one that says tp_prog and click ok, if there's owt else u want to save click that too
