Have you selected the right satellite from the list in the first option?

Select Blind scan or Accurate scan in scan mode.

yes i tried both options and theres only one choice for satalite even the FTA channels dont work (scrambled)

I assume you have tried updating the list with either AJ's or sattv5 channel list, as for the FTA being scrambled thats very strange behaviour

whats the message you get No Signal or Invalid channel ???

What message scrambled ??? are you sure your on bbc1 ect....

If i was you back everything up on the box to usb
Then menu delete the channel list & load Aj's or sattv5 channel list back on the box

see if that sorts it

now when i go to scan accurate or blind it says moving dish, scans and then says no program found. could moving dish mean anything

How do you propose to check any channel when the scan didn't find any channels.

Have a look in the satellite list and make sure there is a tick at the side of 28.2

yep theres a tick and thats the problem none of the channels work. im missing the biggest match of the season

If you have got channels on the box even none working ones. Put onto BBC1 and let us know the exact wording displayed on you tv screen
