Mega Problem with Skybox

Hi there, I've just got my Skybox S3. It has picture and I was watching Wayne Rooney. Unfortunately no sound . I went in to settings and changed something to BS Out when it was on YUV. Now there is no picture and no sound and I don't know what to do. We're in a state of panic. We have a SCART Cable but it's not doing anything when we plug it in to the Phillips 40" or the SkyBox S3. When we do have picture, it's from a cable that has 3 plugs, a blue, a green and a red one and an output that looks like it's meant for a computer.
I've tried pressing V/Format but nothing happens, it just changes the numbers to 4801 and 5761.

What do I do?

What do I do?

While you have the coloured cables connected press the V Formet button twice at a time. First press tell you what format your on and the second press changes it. Keep doing it till you have 1080 / 50Hz. Your set may be 60 but 50 will work fine.

Then go into

Menu
System Setup
TV System

Settings shoud be

Resolution 1080 / 50
Aspect Mode Auto
Video Out YUV
Digital Audio Out LPCM Out

Then try with yor HDMI.

Hey BigCmac,

When you get your picture back thanks to DW's useful guide.
If you press the Audio button you can change the Audio Stream and hopefully you should have sound.
