couple of channels not working

hi can any one throw any light why i can't get boxnation [freq 12607 vsr 27500] and setanta[ freq 11680 v sr27500] i can all other channels just cant understand why i can't get thease two thanks.

Have you ever received these channels?

Perhaps your gift provider hasn't subscribed to these channels?

I had same problem with one provider,swapped provider and I now have what you are missing,look for another provider who has these channels added to their sly account..

thanks hadron and tony2803 to answer your question hadron yes mate it always been a bit hit and miss with these two channels.setanta works now and again box nation never but i took my box to my sons last week and box nation worked ok.when i got the box about 4 mth ago they all worked ok. maybe i could talk to my server not sure if he could do anything but its worth a try.thanks again
