I have just installed three skybox f5s in a house hard wired to router, they all work for a couple of hours then pc comes up with something else is using ip address and all the decoded channels on all boxes goes to scrambled again
is it router or where am i going wrong ?
the router is a sky modem/router

Is DHCP set to ON for all 3 boxes?

Does this happen when someone in the house switches on a laptop, pc, iPad etc. (i.e. anything else that connects to the router)?

If you look at the router stats, you should see what is conflicting.

I don't think much of the Sky router...have it myself and it too has my laptop complaining occasionally of IP clashes when only 2 or 3 devices connected.
Ditching Sky as my BB provider as soon as the contracts up.....service is barely so-so and DOES get capped at peak times regardless of what they tell me or claim.

Double check the Skybox's network setting as suggested and check that the LAN IP range hasn't been messed with on the HUB...do a full factory reboot to be sure.

The HUB can be set to lock IP addresses for individual connected devices...this helps a lot

On your browser type the ip of your router for sly it is usually 'http/192.168.0.1' login is usually admin and password sky then advance tab then lan ip settings see your devices and assign them static addresses.

          I agree with mahrkpat.

I have around 3/4 going at same time and don't have a problem but I do reserve my F5 IP address so nothing else will use it and the F5 is connected via homeplug ethernet, not wireless.
