Improve signal strength? Skybox F3

My average signal strength for my Skybox F3 is usually around the 70%-75% mark, is there any way i can improve this?
Sometimes channels like Sky News HD and Sky Sports HD jolt etc for a brief second?

Is it my internet connection?
Is it the actual satellite alignment?
Is it my "gifts" connection if you know what i mean?

Any help would be appreciated.

Any ideas about the channel freeze sometimes happening? Mainly only happens on Sly News HD and Sly Sports HD for some strange reason?

If it's only those channels and as your quality seems fine then my guess is its your gift (which were not allowed to talk about on here) unfortunately.

if its a fairly regular glitch...once every 10s or so then its your internet or .................................
As said 75% or so seems to be the max SNR these boxes get.....my real SKY HD box shows full strength and quality on the same cable.
