Help is there anyway to get fav sky f5 channels in order

Hi i got a F5 box but theres no fav channels in order just fav 1 fav 2 and so on is there any way to get it done in order from aj channel list.

The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is to load the default Database:
On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Don't make any selections at the menu that comes up just Press Blue
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order

Menu > Tools > Factory settings...

btw...after doing this, recheck your local time setting & DHCP setting. Also you might need to press 6666 in the "Network Local Settings" to get all the options back. It might also set your subtitles back to ON.
