sky channels frequency changed

hey i wonder if anyone can help me i got channnel list on my f5 box same as sky channel bbc one 101 ect i reasised alot of my channels dont from today its due to frequency change on alot of the channels, has anyone done a update on this? i wanted the same channels as sky, or can someone tell me how to chance the frequency, pls help me as im losing out on like atleast 30 channels thanks

Download sattv5 channel list m8 they are sky numbered & updated regularly
