all channels gone off

hi all, all my channels have been off my for days, ive tried resetting router etc, uploaded new channel list only freeview channels always working,
so im thinking it may be the gift but the signal strength is still there and channel programme names are all there still if that's any help?
if it is that then is there any point of getting a new gift as these boxes might be going off anyway?
cant cope missing all my football cheers!

Well how long is a piece of string and who knows exactly when its going off. Your problem is not the missing channels thats hapenning right now but you seem to know what your problem is and if cant cope without the footie you know what you have to do We cant help you with that.

Agree with mast. If ALL of your $ channels are scrambled (and assuming your internet is working OK & you haven't played about with any menu settings), then it can only be your gift.
