skybox f3 stuck in menu mode

hi guys any help would be appreiated, tried putting ajs channel list on my box , but now i cant get out of the menu , i turned it off by the plug but it still just keeps booting up in the menu mode , i followed all the instructions posted and ive put in channel lists before , so im stuck , any ideas please

remove batteries keep ya finger on power button as u put them back in if no joy reflash

Are you still able to select different menu options, or has the box locked up?

If it shows "noch" on the box display panel, then it looks like your channel list hasn't installed properly.

Have you tried installing it again?
