skybox f5 wifi with any dongel

i am thinking of getting one of these boxes for up stairs but the only way i can think of connecting it to the internet is by wifi. i have a couple of my own wifi dongels but unsure if they will work, one is a buffallo highspeed something, not sure of the rest or will i need to buy a certain one to work with the skybox.

Thanks for any advice anyone can or will give me.

Yup i agree, powerlines are the best way to go.....

I tested a Skybox Wifi dongle and even though i got good connection speeds, kept freezing...

Used a Netgear powerline and BOSH - perfect.....

If you're gonna go wifi make sure the dongle is Linux compatible, I use these WIFI 150MBPS WIRELESS ADAPTOR 802.11 B/G/N HIGH GAIN AERIAL LAN USB DONGLE | eBay ?4.25 but I do agree with the others Ethernet or power line adapters are the best way to connect, amazon doing a great little set for only ?16.50
