f5 skybox no signal

can any one help please i have connected the box with to satalite and ethernet.
but the box is saying no signal and the snr is saying 5% can any one help

1st step make sure the sky feed is in lnb in
2nd step reflash the image again

is the dish pointing in the right direction ???
do you have an official box connected ???

is the cable connected to the right input (top one)

indeed you are right but it could be a bad flash

how do u check the lmb and how do u reflash the image

Is this a brand new box?

Has it always been like this, or has it worked in the past?

Is the LNB power switched on? (menu > installation > LNB power).

Is the LNB freq set up correctly - Universal (9750-10600) (menu > installation > Antenna setup).
