Help with skybox f5s setup

bought the skybox f5s from ebay. been about 2 weeks.
i have connected it to the spare sly connection in the bedroom (another spare dish fitted outside bedroom)
please forgive me for my ignorance.
i am getting the freeview channels,i would be greatfull if someone can send me a idiot proof guide to getting all the sly sports channels.
i did not buy anything else from the seller of the receiver.
what do i need.
anything and everything that i can get for free would be appreciated ( sick of paying sly)
