Is your 'gift' affected by internet use?

I bought a 'gift' off ebay and found it breaks up and scrambles at times.

Someone mentioned that it is affected by your internet speed and it does go worse if I'm downloading

What's your experiences?

For the answer to your 1st question they all do from there or if your using a cheap box that could also be the cause....
