Can i Move MP4 from laptop to F3 Box?

Hi All,

I been looking around but i cant seem to find anything on moving files from my laptop to the F3 box. (not sure if it can be done)

I wanted to move a MP4 file from my laptop(WIFI) to my skybox f3(WIRED) to the USB stick

is this possible?

you could plug your usb stick in your pc and copy the mp4 that way, but only select files can be copied between the pc and the skybox (channel lists, Background screens etc.)
