Losing Faith

Hi,rapidly losing faith. Gift is crap,unwatchable,channels disappearing.seller says "have you switched box off an on".(fantastic). Bought off ebay how foolish of my to think my 100Year gift would get past the all important 3 weeks.
Did a google bought a new one and 3 weeks on realise i have gave someone else a free gift-my hard earned money.
