What program don I need to open DBS Files I am new to Skybox and am trying to download updates. Webster

.dbs files are usually channel list files you don't unpack them, they are usually zipped up so that download size is smaller you can unzip them using default windows program or something like 7 zip. When unzipped you will end up with a TP_PROG.dbs file which you put on a usb and update the channel list in your box.
