Skybox F5 problem

Tried to update my relatives box the way I do mine (F3) Much easier just delete all channels and load new one bla bla.. but ive tried with the f5, deleted them all, loaded the new but the same channels are still not working and the update is not happening, example all the old channels are still their. don't know why, any help, cheers.

Always load new firmware and start again, Andy.

I have never done firmware etc, is their any guides on how to do it.

Are you sure that the TP_PROG.dbs you are installing is the correct one?

If you have deleted the current channel list first, then the new one must be coming from somewhere.

Try it again, but this time, after deleting the current channel list, switch the box off & on again, just to make sure the previous channel list has actually been deleted. The front panel display should show "noch". Then try installing the new list again (after double-checking that it is the latest).
