    Channel order after update

everytime I update my channels I have to manually move around all my channel categories and it takes so long, is there any way quick way to keep the channel order and do an update, ive tried the backup but never works.

The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is to load the default Database:
On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue (Don't make any choices at the menu)
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.
