    F5 remote TV?STB button

Hello, Quick couple of questions on F5 remote please......What does the TV/STB button do if anything?....I see that TV comes on box when pressed but nothing different happens and I can change channnels as normal...Can remote be set up to turn tv on and off or is it just a blank button?.................and the text, I can't seem to get text to work as it just goes 100 and blank page..If I change number it stays blank...Any ideas...Not really fussed about text but worth asking I thought........Thanks in advance, I have searched forum and can't find anything on the TV/STB question....I am using the SAT5 channel list....(",)

TV / STB ......its to do with the scart connection i think....allows you to switch between what is on the TV aerial input and the F5 sat feed
Remote is basic and can't learn controls for devices.

    Text...doesn't work.

Text does in fact work but you will find it only works for ****ogue text and not digital text. For instance, it will work on both Attheraces and Racing UK as these channels still broadcast ****ogue text.

I think the "naughty word" filter on this website is far too sensitive! LOL.

Agreed LOL. It took me a moment to realise why it had blanked the letters out LOL. You'd think the filter would only blank the letters out if it was a separate word as opposed to being part of a word.
