does anyone know if i flash my s11 box by usb will i lose all my settings and information on it as my box keeps rebooting and its getting on my ding dang dooly thanks in avance to the dudes that reply (very nice people )

Yes you will
back it up on a usb stick if you can

disconnect the dish cable to see if the box does the same
sometimes if the outer wire touch's the inner wire this can cause the box to re-boot
