Is there a display on the front panel?

Have you tried the composite output?

Someone will come along in a minute and tell you which button it is to cycle through the display output on the F3/5 as i believe you may have selected Scart output and disabled the HDMI

AFAIK there isn't a setting which actually disables HDMI, but it appears that some TV's may not accept the different options in the video resolution settings. I have just tried all the combinations in the TV system menu but cannot get my HDMI output to fail.

greatone3000..you could try selecting each video resolution in turn to see if your HDMI output springs back to life. (set video out to YUV).

I don't have my S11 set up at the moment, so all of the above was tried with my F3.

I have seen various openboxes/skyboxes for sale on Ebay with non-working HDMI, so maybe it is another weakness of these boxes electronics?

I have heard that some firmware's on the S boxes can interfere with the hdmi port...have you updated the firmware by any chance ??

i think the button on the remote digicon refers to is the V.format one.....

greatone3000 what tv do you have .....have you changed the input in the menu (normally call source or tv or input) on the remote

Have you tried the box on a different tv just to check if it is the hdmi port on the box
