Help needed

Hi All
i am a newbie and would appreciate all help.
I lost all hd channels on my f5s so i did a factory reset all channels are back but i think i've deleted the files needed to insert my server details.
Ie normally i would go to network settings and press 6666 on remote but now nothing appears. i also dumped the operating system from my mates hoping to do it that way but it just tells me file mismatch

Hi normally it is 6666 you have not deleted the folders there just hidden.....don't know if you have deleted the partwecannottalkabout.....
try 6868 or 0000

Don't know about the F5s, but a Factory Setting on the F3 doesn't delete the gift details, but as you found, it does hide one of the options in the "Network local setting" menu.

Make sure that you don't have any of the other settings highlighted in the "Network local setting" menu when you press 6666.
