How to populate F5S EPG?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to do this?

I dont expect a full 7 day EPG from this box or even a full day. But my box doesnt even show a now/next. In fact it doesnt even show a now
Everything on the EPG is blank, until I move to a particular channel, and then it will populate a now/next for that channel

I have seen the Blade boxes and there is a blank channel that you can go on to populate the EPG. Is there anything like this on the F5S? Or some way to update it at all? Even just to get a now/next EPG for the channels would be good, because at the moment mines just totally blank

Its now and next only ofn the channel you are on on the Skybox receivers, The Blade/Technomate channel is for them to download the full 7 day epg to the box
