radio only ????

After some help.... A bit new to this so please bear with me, I have 2 f3 boxes one will update new channel list (AJ's) but the other won't, every time I try it will go through the procedure but after reboot will only give me radio channels, Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated,

What happens when you press the TV/Radio button on the remote ?
