    Skybox F5 ..boot up problems

    Hi guys I have a skybox F5 that was working alright until I moved it and plugged it back in ..all of a sudden all I am getting is the box is showing that it loading and goes up to L100 then starts over again and again ..If anyone as had this problem could you please advise ..Thanks

    have you plugged it back in correctly. 1 sat feed only plugged into feed in and not loop. try it with everything disconnected
    If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

      Hi Darcu5 Yes I've disconected the sat lead and the html lead cannot get menu up and all the display is doing is like I said just scrolling through the numbers L01 to L100

        so it is still constantly rebooting even with nothing but the power lead plugged in, i would say somehow the f/w has become corrupt and may need to be reflashed using the recovery tools and a null modem cable. before doing that though just try leaving it unplugged from power supply for a few hrs.
        If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

          I have tried leaving it switched off but it's still doing the same thing and just scrolling ..all thats connected is the box took all other cables ut ..Grrr

            deffo looking like it will need to be reflashed mate, instructions and tools can be found in the red stickies an top of the page
