As your using a Communal system your first port of call should be to the building management company who should have in place a service agreement for the upkeep of your communal Aerial/Satellite/Radio system.

You could ask a neighbour if there satellite point is OK even if it is it could still mean a problem on the multiswitch which directs to your flat.

Another consideration is the Box may have gone faulty so always worth a try with another box on your feed in to see if it works or not.

is that on all channels ?, check the cable that plugs into the port LNB in on the back of your box to make sure it hasn't come undone or is loose.

Please do not Hijack another members thread, If your having an issue with your receiver then please start a new thread with more detail than what you have given above.

If your issue is exactly the same ie: no signal i live in an apartment on a communal system then please say so.

                Thank you

Again then you can either try another Box on your feed that comes into your Flat or ask a neighbour if you can try your box on there feed to see if its a problem with the multiswitch if it works fine on there feed then it could be just your outputs that are faulty it has been known to happen. If you try a different box and that works then its the receivers fault

Make sure the F-connecters both going from the socket to the receiver are also fitted correctly, a poor fit can affect signal. Likewise the use of cheap f-type coax extensions.

These receivers are known to use more LNB power and being a communal system, the LNB may not be able to provide the extra power the STB needs.
