reset my skybox f5 with gift

hi new to this but just wanted to know if i reset my skybox f5 with gift to its factory settings will i loose the free gift channels

Put a USB into the USB slot and go into menu, select ... Dump to USB and then select cccam.cfg, that will save ur gift. Plug the USB into ur computer and check cccam.cfg is there, you can open it with notepad and you should see .................. If it's there then go ahead and reset ya box, if it isn't then keep trying to get it to USB before you do anything

If you set the box back to factory settings without ticking any of the options that appear in the pop up box, then it should leave your gift details intact. But, as darcu5 posted above, always keep a backup of your gift line safe somewhere. You never know when the box might throw a wobbly & lose it's memory. LOL.
