Skybox f5 showing no channels after channel list update

Hello

I done a channel list update on my skybox f5 Box and after the box rebooted I had no channels at all showing, and the box seems to be locked/stuck. When I press my FAV button nothing happens and seems stuck in the menu option. The channel list is ok as I've updated with no problems on another box

any ideas?

did you burn flash it if not or your getting software error your gunna have to null cable it

This normally happens when you don't delete all channels first! You need to recover the box with the correct recovery tool and firmware, all info is in the stickies at the top of this page. If the steps are followed correctly when putting new channel list or firmware on these boxes they shouldn't brick the box, make sure you read the tuts fully first, to be fair I still forget to delete sometimes and then I need to recover the box but 9 times out of ten its user error.
