    Favourite lists lost

    Can anyone help? I've lost my favourites after rescan to retrieve lost channels and I was wondering if it's fixable. I have a skybox f5

    hi im no expert but I also lost favs while doing a rescan and after trying everything I changed usb stick and that did the trick for me so might be worth a try

      Should be able to restore using AJ's channel list.

        "My Favourites are all wrong since I loaded your list how do i fix them ?

        The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is to load the default Database:
        On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue (Don't make any choices at the menu)
        The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order, Andy
