    LOAD

Hi guys. Think if ****ed my f5s box up. I just tried to update my channel list and now all I get on the display is load. I've tried the "tried and tested" method of unplug wait a minute and plug back in but no change. Any help would be appreciated but please make it an idiots guide.

    Many thanks

Been reading through that but step 2 says switch the box off. The f5s has no power switch. Sorry if I'm being thick but can't see how to do it. Only had a quick read so may have missed the relevant info.

does it not need power. that's far to simple, my problem is I over complicate things.

As you say the F5 has no on & off switch....shady means ......when you start the software on the computer....then plug the power cable in
(you must start the software on the com before plugging the power in)
