skybox wont boot up ,,cpu unit help

hi there mates box stop working ie power cable ok checked it ;;took box top off noticed the power unit connectors loose resoldered ,,box still dead ie mate noticed slight spark back unit and can this unit be replaced if so were do i get the unit from all help apprecieted

Hi has the box had a firmware or channel list update.....before it stopped working ????

most likely needs flashing using the null modem cable and a computer, instructions can be found on here. Does the box get warm if left plugged in and is there a faint red light on the led, myself and a few others had a problem when using the f5 to do a single satellite scan; the box did the scan went to reboot and nothing, completely brown bread. Reflashed it and (touch wood) haven't had an issue since.
