plz plz help me skybox f5s

im put new list channel from my skyboxf5s and some channles with signal and some channles with not
can help what problem of that?

turn the box off at the wall ....reboot the router.....wait 5 mins'.....switch the box back on & check the channels

What channel list have you used ???

When you're tuned into BT Sport press the INFO button on your remote 3 times and it will show the Transponder details of the channel. If it does not say 12574/H/23000 then either you're using an old channel list or you haven't updated the list properly. Can you confirm this?

Thanks, we can rule out the list then. The channel list on your box is up to date. It seems to be a signal problem which could mean a number of things i.e. checking your connections, condition of your cable, position of your dish, possibly lnb. The ideal way of checking would be to try your box in someone else's house.

read somewhere if you use ajs list make sure its the 4th of the 10 then you should ger bt sport back on
